I purchased and installed IMAGE-PRO EXPRESS quite a few years ago (ca 2003) and has used the program with images obtained from my HITACHI electronic scanning microscope but then did not used it for about 3 years. Recently, I tried to use the device and program again, but found that my hard drive (in which the programs and associated driver were loaded) crushed. Then I use another PC (OS is WindowXP) and installed the IMAGE_PRO EXPRESS from the original CDs but could not resume the utility. My Serial Number is 58N50000-6645.
I am wondering if I missed (or do not have) some drivers that can operate the graphic capture card (IT 540768). Would you please advise me how to get a proper driver by downloading? or are there other ways to recover the capacity on a new computer?
