How to count points by using grid overlay in a specific area?
Hi Guys,
I have just put a grid over my photo. Does anyone know how to count the points within the glomerulus?
Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,
You can create a Mask of the point grid (the Mask button in Grid Overlay panel) and then count the number of points inside the ROI you created on original image (you can use Features Manager to transfer ROI from original image to the Mask).
Though, if your grid is regular and orthogonal, then the number of points within glomerulus corresponds to the Area of glomerulus. The area of manually drawn objects can be found easier, just by drawing measurement polygon on the image.
