Leica capture driver error
I am running IPP 7.0.0.591 on Windows 7 (SP 1) with a Leica DMI5000 microscope. With a Leica DFC425 camera connected via Firewire, I am getting the following error: "Unable to load captldfc.dll capture driver. Please check that the board's support DLLs are installed." I am running driver version 7.0.2.12, which appears to be current. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Has this system been operating with these components?
If so then:
** Has your ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE or FIREWALL SOFTWARE changed recently?
** Perhaps a WINDOWS SYSTEM RESTORE would put the SYSTEM back in operation.
I hope this information is helpful.

Hello,
The IPP capture support for the Leica camera is not able to link with the Leica software. Possibly the DFC TWAIN support is not installed. This is required to be able to link with the Leica software and should be available on the Leica website (www.leica-microsystems.com).0
