There is not much information in your message but it sounds like the CONFIGURATION for the CAPTURE TOOL of IMAGE-PRO PLUS has changed to the SIMULATION MODE rather than the actual CAMERA MODE.
Within the DIALOG BOX for the CAPTURE TOOL
(exposed with theor
)
look at the CURRENT DRIVER as highlighted below.
If your actual CAMERA is no longer on this list, the CAPTURE DRIVER for your CAMERA needs to be reinstalled.
