Exposure for analysis off
Hi,
I use a Macro to do acquisition and analysis. For some reason, when it starts to run the analysis the exposure way down. The initial focusing on the sample is fine, but when it starts running the analysis, the image goes completely dark. Nothing in the macro has changed, so I do not understand where this change is coming from.
Thank you,
Amanda

There is not enough information in your message for me to understand your problem completely.
Is the image that is being analyzed being captured from a CAMERA connected to IMAGE-PRO PLUS or is it an image being opened from a FILE?
Would it be possible for you to CAPTURE, SAVE, and POST some SCREEN CAPTURES that would illustrate your problem?
If you do not know how to CAPTURE and SAVE the SCREEN in WINDOWS, please see

or

I hope we can help you resolve this problem.
