The application unable to open.

Hi Guys,

Need some advice, my Image-pro premier 9 unable to open. Double click the application, it wont run, i've tried repair and reinstall still the same. check at event log it show error such as below. Thank you.

    First, please disable any virus protection/security software and "Repair" your installation. Some security applications will silently remove .dlls during installation and that can cause this specific issue.

    Next, make sure that you have the latest version of .NET. The referenced error messages appear to be related to a .NET failure/incompatibility.
