After the IP-10 upgrade to version 10.0.1 the string shows confusion

Hi All,

I have upgraded the IP-10 software to the version 10.0.1 build 6912 last two week ago.
Unfortunately, the IP-10 version 10.0.1 will have a string confusion problem over the Chinese and English interface. And this string confusion problem only occurs on Windows 10 notebooks.

We tested both ASUS and Acer notebooks run with Windows 10 OS respectively, and the string confusion problem of IP-10 is the same.

Is there any way to correct the string confusion problem?

To avoid this issue, please search for "DPIAwarenessContext.exe" and launch the associated Properties dialog. On the Compatibility tab, select "Override high DPI Scaling Behavior." And set the Scaling option to System (Enhanced). This will correct the display issue in the User Interface but causes issues with the Image Workspace on some machines. 

We hope to resolve this issue in an upcoming patch.
