image stripe and how to combine monochrome fluorescent images

After we capture image, small image appears in side (side stripe), and after we capture second image in different field, those first image and second image combines and become third image (combine two fluorescent monochromes). But I could not get that side image (neither first, nor second or third small screen in the side). How to get side stripes in image pro 9.3 premier. And how to combine images to get composite. thank you.

    mohan,

The "side stripe" is called Image Strip and you can toggle its visibility on the View tab. It just shows the thumbnails of opened in Image-Pro windows. The window that merges channels is called "Composite", you can create it on the Adjust tab, Color group, then you can add images there using the Add button.
You can find additional info in Image-Pro help (opened by F1 key):

You should be able to access the windows directly, if you cannot do that, check where your workspaces are. There is "Workspace" ribbon group on the View tab, where you can switch between MDI or Docking, tile widows, or align views.
