How to draw parallel lines to measure distances?
Hello, I am trying to draw parallel lines to measure the ratio of vessel wall:lumen, is there a way to draw parallel lines to measure the two lines? I know there's a perpendicular line tool but was just wondering of any other methods.

You can hold down Ctrl key drawing line and it will be snapped to fixed angles .
There are also multiple Relative tools on Measure tab, which could be used to create shortest distance lines between points and a line (all derived lines will be parallel).
