Line Profile tools can't save state in Chinese-language user interface

Dear Sir,

In Chinese-language interface, there were show error message when i press 'Save State' or 'Load State' button in Line Profile Tools.
Image-Pro in English interface and Japanese interface can work normally.
I using traditional Chinese operating system. Most similar environments have this kind of situation.

Hi Wesan,

I've created a hotfix. Please extract replace 2 files from LineProfile fix.zip in C:\Program Files\Media Cybernetics\Image-Pro 10\zh-Hans
