Unable to install Sentinel HASP Runtime from Image-Pro 10 Installation

Dears,

We discovered a new installation issue recently.
We can't Install HASP driver  to Win10 operating system Build 17763.2369 which package in IP10 version 10.0.8.
But We tested the earlier version OS Build 17763.2114 is OK.
Please see attached picture.
Are there any solutions to make HASP driver install successfully?

    Hi All,

    There are some solutions.
    1) Using the latest version v10.0.11 full installer to install.
    2) If you only have v10.0.8 or before, you need to install the latest Sentinel Hasp Driver version 8.31 after installing IP10.
    Please refer to the Sentinel Customer Support Portal.
