Scale bar on oif or oib composite file

Hi,

Is it normal that when I open a multi channel file from a Olympus microscope, I can't put a scale bar on the composite view. I have to switch from the composite view to a single channel view for the scale bar to show.

Thank you,

I only have one OIF FILE to work with and it is from 2016.

It opens with PREMIER 3D V9.3 but none of the CALIBRATION ROUTINES seem to like that IMAGE FILE.

If the TECH SUPPORT DEPT at MEDIA CY need OIF FILES to work with to investigate this issue, perhaps you and I can be a source of a couple of examples.

I hope this information is helpful.

  • In my case it finds the calibration values but just does not want to display the bar in composite view mode.

  • You can show calibration marker on composite view using Data Overlay: View tab, Data Overlay group, activate Show and Marker.

Hi, Yes but then, in my case, it does not show really on the picture is shows indeed as an overlay like that.
